Help please: worker from Bulgaria works in UK already one month for an employer without any documents.
Which documents/ for sure National Insurance Number and work permit, i guess / are needed and in what terms should they be done ?
What will happen if any of the two parties / employer or employee/ are caught without the documents?
Also, the employer took the international passports of the employees in order to send them to Home office before a month and still hasn`t given them back.
The employer refuses to give the employees pay sheets about their hours and withdraws money from their salary for the monthly rent...
